EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Top-ranked Florida Southern is headed back to the national championship game for the first time in 33 years after a 79-76 victory over third-ranked Bellarmine.

The Mocs now have a chance to capture their second national championship in the school’s history.

Florida Southern was led by guard Dominique Williams, who scored 22 points off the bench, and All-American Kevin Capers who scored 17 points including a go-ahead three-point shot with eight seconds remaining.
