Florida Southern College dedicated the Streamline Sale Arena at George W. Jenkins Field House on Nov. 24 in a courtside ceremony just before tipoff off at the men’s basketball game against Stonehill College.

Members of the Sale family including Chris Sale gathered on court for the dedication. The family was joined by Florida Southern President Anne Kerr, men’s basketball Head Coach Mike Donnelly, and Associate Athletic Director Jill Stephens.

Harold “Streamline” Sale was a founding member of the 6th Man Club and according to a press release from Florida Southern Athletics, “his efforts to create a booster club for men’s basketball has resulted in decades-long support from one of the best fan bases in all of NCAA Division II athletics.”

Sale was also a 2013 honorary inductee into the Florida Southern Athletics Hall of Fame.

“We are proud to recognize the extraordinary enthusiasm and lasting contributions of Harold ‘Streamline’ Sale in support of our championship Mocs,” President Anne Kerr said.
